WCLT works within the Wyre Forest Landscape Partnership – a wide group of organisations committed to the sustainable management of its nationally significant ancient woodland landscapes.

Forestry Commission

Grazing work on meadows within the Forest.

The Woodland Trust

A three-way partnership to bring neglected or unmanaged woodlands back into active management.  We’re also working on a community woodland project for nearby Wassal Wood.

Helen Mackaness Trust

A three-year project that supports Kate – our Community and Volunteer Officer to expand the work of WCLT in the local area

Worcestershire Wildlife Trust

Grazing contracts on areas including Pound Green Common.

Making Local Woods Work

Plunkett Foundation support the development of our woodland social enterprise.

Butterfly Conservation

Work on ride management and community woodland management.

Natural England

We graze areas of the National Nature Reserve, including wood pasture using buried wire systems.

Heritage Lottery Fund

Principle funders for Ruskin in the Wyre Forest.  WCLT has also had Awards for All funding for volunteer support.
